Ghisarredo has born from the union of competent people. They created a range of cast iron furniture, such as Staircases, Railings and Lighting products supplied throught Europe by specialized resellers.
Ghisarredo is also able to find the best solution to customer's special request with production on demand to satisfy any kind of installation.
 

Production Process

All the production process starts by our internal. We draw moulds and tools to produce our manufactures, taking care of their industrialization.
Castings are produced in specialized foundry, on the basis of the kind of item to create.
All production process are followed with attention in order to ensure the best quality.
 

Surfaces Protection

Cast iron: sandblasting, one coat by immersion of zinc monocomponent Primer, one coat of two component zinc phosphate Primer, two finishing coats of two component paint.
Aluminium: pickling, washing with demineralised water with nanotechnology process, drying at 160°C, one coat of polyester powder primer and stove-polymerisation at 200°C, one coat of polyester powder painting and stove-polymerisation at 200°C or one coat of finishing two component paint.
Steel: hot galvanization, sandblasting, one coat of zinc phosphate two component Primer, two coats finishing two component paint.
