Ghisarredo was born from the synergy of a team of professionals specialized in the production of high-quality cast iron furnishing elements. From standard models distributed throughout Europe such as stairs, railings, and lighting systems to the design of custom solutions, we meet the most demanding requirements with personalized installations finished down to the smallest detail.

Production Process

From concept to material, with maximum quality control.

Our value originates from within. We design models and equipment internally to optimize the industrialization of each product. For the casting phase, we rely on highly specialized foundries, specifically selected based on the type of item to be produced. We rigorously monitor every single production cycle, ensuring the highest standards of quality and excellence in the final product.

Surface Protection

Protective technology for uncompromising longevity.

The longevity of our products is guaranteed by advanced surface protection cycles, customized for each material.

Cast iron: sandblasting, one coat of single-component zinc Primer by immersion, one coat of two-component zinc phosphate Primer, two finishing coats of two-component enamel.

Aluminum: pickling, washing with demineralized water using nanotechnology process, drying at 160°C, one coat of polyester powder base and polymerization in oven at 200°C, one coat of polyester powder enamel and polymerization in oven at 200°C or one finishing coat of two-component enamel.

Steel: hot-dip galvanizing, sandblasting, one coat of two-component zinc phosphate Primer, two finishing coats of two-component enamel.
